ZONE 4 - Bread of Life

Passover! Festivities, remembering how long ago “The Voice” rescued the Jews from oppression.

 

His friends think he is going to declare the new lieration “The Voice” is bringing.

 

Yet during the remembrance meal of bread and wine he tells them “This bread is my body given … this wine is my blood shed for you”.

Freedom comes at a cost – his death. This is not what they expected. One – Judas – slips away to betray him to his enemies.

 

Jesus said “My Father gives you the true bread from heaven. …. the one who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world.

I am the bread that gives life. No one who comes to me will ever be hungry. No one who believes in me will ever be thirsty.

Everyone who sees the Son and believes in him has eternal life. I will raise them up on the last day. This is what my Father wants.”
